This Privacy Policy explains how Low Slope Pros ("we", "us", "our"), operator of clontsroofing.com, collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information, and the choices you have. Low Slope Pros is an independent directory and referral service. We are not a licensed contractor and we do not perform roofing work.
Information you give us. The way to use this site is to call the number it displays. When you do, we and our pay-per-call referral partner collect the identifiers and details the call conveys: your telephone number (caller ID), the time, duration and routing of the call, and whatever you choose to say, typically your name, the property address or area, the service you need and how urgent the job is. Do not share sensitive information on a call: nobody needs government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information or account passwords to quote a roof.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site we may collect your IP address, browser type and user agent, device category (mobile or desktop), the pages you viewed, referring URLs, and campaign parameters carried in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid). The telephone number displayed may vary by page or campaign so that calls can be attributed to this site.
Calls. Calls to the number listed on this site are routed through a pay-per-call referral partner's call-tracking or answering service to an independent local contractor, and may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and referral-documentation purposes where permitted by law. California is a two-party consent state; you will be notified at the start of a call if it is being recorded, and you may decline and ask to continue without recording.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
When you call the number listed on this site, or when you ask on that call to be called or texted back, you expressly consent to be contacted by Low Slope Pros, its referral partner and the contractors we match you with at the number you called from or provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages, even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive automated calls or texts in order to obtain goods or services. You can always reach us instead by calling (651) 412-3195 directly.

Revoking consent with us stops our contact. Contractors who already took or received your call are independent businesses and control their own records: you may need to tell them directly as well, and they are separately required by law to honour a revocation.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, because California defines "sale" and "sharing" broadly to include certain disclosures for advertising value, some of the activity described above may fall within those definitions. You may opt out, see Section 8.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember campaign parameters, to measure traffic and to evaluate advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. We aim to honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing under California law.
We retain request records for as long as needed to fulfil the matching purpose and then for a period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including record-keeping obligations relating to telephone consent, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. Technical and analytics logs are retained for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the rights set out below. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of them: you will receive the same service and the same price.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, no government identifiers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, or the contents of your mail, email or texts. Because we do not collect it, we do not use or disclose it for any purpose that would trigger a right to limit its use.

To opt out of sale or sharing, email the same address with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line, or enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
We will verify your request by matching the information you supply against what we hold, normally the telephone number you called from and the approximate date of your call. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days with notice. There is no charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may still contact you to confirm the authorisation and to verify your identity directly.
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Send such requests to the privacy address above.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising. Use the same contact details and we will apply the protections your state's law provides.
Browsers vary in how they transmit Do Not Track signals and there is no common standard for responding to them, so we do not respond to DNT. We do aim to honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
This site links to third-party resources and displays business listing information supplied by Google. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this Policy.
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
